Audio MP3 Sound Recorder
Software For Recording Sound to MP3 or WAV
This software is so cool.
Consider the following applications:
- Plug
in an inexpensive microphone and record directly to MP3 file (which will
create very small files --- ideal for internet usage)
- Convert
MP3 to WAV or WAV to MP3
- Save
music from an internet radio station, or any sound coming from the
internet, to an MP3 file so you can listen to it again
- Extract
sound clips from a movie and record as MP3
As long as the sound is moving through your pc’s sound card,
it can be captured.
The FREE DOWNLOAD lets you record up to 2 minutes. The FULL version (only $14.95) has unlimited
recording time and all of the above features!
DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to http://www.mp3-recorder.biz/
- Select
the “Download a FREE trial version” button
- Select the “Download from Site 1” (or whatever
site you wish)
- Hit
the
button and be sure to put the mp3recorder.exe
file into a folder (or Desktop) where you can find it.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Locate
the mp3recorder.exe file you just downloaded
- Open
it up and “… just go with the flow …”
- When
done, look on your Desktop for an icon similar to

- Open
it up and your menu looks like this:

- The first
time you launch this software after installation you will want to
configure it to match your needs.
Do so as follows:
- Select
<Tools> <Device> and make sure the “white box” under
Microphone is selected (put a
check mark in it).
- Select
<Tools> <MP3 Settings> and select Normal, Mono,
and you will need to experiment with the Bit Rate Settings. The
lower the setting (32b/s) the smaller the file size. Play til you find
what works best for you.
Hit OK when done with this screen. It’s that simple.

RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS
- Be sure
to select the “Save to MP3” button
.
- When
your headset/microphone is ready to go, simply select the
button and begin talking.
- When
done, select the
button, then select the
button to listen to your recording.
- Last,
be sure to Save your recording as follows:
- <File>
<Set File Name To Save The Recording> and give it a logical
name (example: mp3-intro-me).
- Be
sure to select a logical folder to save this file. Example: you may wish to use
your <My Documents> <Music> folder.
- To play
the file (in the future), simply open up your Music folder, locate the
file you wish to play, and open it up.
