If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser IE5, IE6, IE7) it is important to enable the Security settings so you can view Active Media (which is common in an online environment).

Begin by opening Internet Explorer and select <Tools>, <Internet Options>
Security Level 1

Now follow four simple steps:

  1. Select <Advanced>

    Security Level 2
  2. Scroll down to the Security Settings.
    Make sure to place a ‘check’ in the box titled “Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.
  3. Scroll down and select “OK”.
